Available Services
Community Meals
By hosting regular community dinners, BBQs, and holiday events, COVER creates opportunities for Veterans, Emergency Responders, including LEOs, EMTs, Paramedics, Firefighters, Search & Rescue, ER Doctors, Nurses, etc., and their families to connect with others and learn about the available support we offer. This includes home delivery of meals and meal trains for individuals and families in our community.
Volunteer & Community Service Opportunities
Veterans and first responders have opportunities to give back through charity and fundraising events, mentoring programs, and community service projects. We encourage our Veterans, emergency responders, and their families to help us at events when they have time or feel moved to do so. It gives everyone a sense of giving back and encourages participation. Participation is always optional and not required!

Peer Support
By matching veterans and first responders with peers and volunteers who understand their struggles, COVER helps foster a sense of trust and camaraderie that can lead to meaningful support. This initiative pairs those in need with trained volunteers or other veterans and emergency responders to provide emotional support, companionship, and practical help, making it easier for individuals to ask for help and feel less isolated.
Family-Centered Support
Support for families by focusing not just on the heroes themselves but also on their families, we ensure that all members of the household have access to the support they need. We ensure that every member of the household, including surviving spouses, children, and extended family, has access to the resources and care they need. Family events and support groups offering family-friendly events and support groups provides an outlet for family members to seek help without feeling that they’re alone in their struggles.
Financial Assistance
Direct, no-strings-attached financial support for those who may be hesitant to ask for help due to concerns about eligibility or privacy, offering direct financial aid (such as rent, utility assistance, auto payments, food, gas or prescription support) to help alleviate immediate burdens.
Public Speaking & Advocacy
We provide platforms for veterans and emergency responders to share their stories, inspiring and educating the community. Guest speakers and workshops offer valuable insights and education for both heroes and their families.
